As director of the Office for Nursing Research and Scholarship (ONRS), I ensure a high level of research support for faculty and pre/post-doctoral fellows. In my role, I advise on research funding and programs of research, develop programming, assist with scholarship dissemination, and foster an environment within the College of Nursing that encourages creativity and enthusiasm for excellence in nursing research and scholarship. I am also responsible for ensuring effective operation of the ONRS and five staff members.
