Research Focus:
I am interested in the application of Standardized Nursing Languages into nursing documentation (in particular, Electronic Health Records) for improving nurses' practice and helping them make better decisions. I am also interested in nursing effectiveness research using datasets including standardized nursing languages, which can identify nurses' practice.
