Research/Clinical Interests: 
  • Anesthesia and pain management

Dr. O’Sullivan has worked at UIHC in the Department of Anesthesia since 1996. He served as assistant program director for Anesthesia Nursing Program (ANP) since 1998, and was appointed to CON in 2009 as assistant clinical professor and director ANP. 

  • Appointed to the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Program Clinical Site Task Force Review Committee in 2011.
  • Member AAN and IANA. 
  • Research Interests: health services; health economics; practitioner and provider preferences; and surgical services and outcomes.
