9/28/12 - App for Degree to Jen

9/28/12 – Graduate Student Checkpoint Document to Jen

9/28/12 – Subtrack Designation form to Jen (please note on the form the programs that require this)

10/5/12 – let Jen know the date/time/location/title of your PhD dissertation defense –

11/1/12 – first deposit of dissertation (PhD students only)

11/27/12 – last day a PhD defense can be scheduled (DNP Defenses will be scheduled for November 16, 2012)

12/5/12 – final deposit of dissertation (PhD students only)

12/14/12 – MSN Project or Portfolio final approval document to Jen
