CONTINUING EDUCATION UNIT AWARD
The University of Iowa College of Nursing is an Iowa Board of Nursing Approved Provider, Number 1. Full time attendance will award 6.0 contact hours for the Leadership Workshop and 6.9 contact hours for the Long-Term Care Conference.

Certificates of continuing education for social workers will award 5.00 hours for the Leadership Workshop, 5.75 hours for the Long-Term Care Conference, and 10.75 hours for both days of continuing Social Work education. Full-time attendance is required.

This program complies with administrative rule chapter #143 for Nursing Home Administrators, and will award 5.00 Hours for the Leadership Workshop, 5.75 Hours for the Long- Term Care Conference, and 10.75 Hours for both days. Full-time attendance is required.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
If an applicant withdraws registration prior to opening of the conference, the registration fee less a $50 handling charge will be refunded. No refunds will be made after the conference has convened.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER THE CONFERENCE HAS CONVENED. We reserve the right to cancel the program due to lack of sufficient enrollment. Notification of cancellation will be made one week prior to the program, in which case entire registration fee will be refunded.
