Byron and Flora Mueller Nursing Scholarship Fund

This scholarship established by Dr. Byron and Flora Otto Mueller (GN 1930) in 1993, supports deserving nursing students. Dr. Mueller started practicing as a doctor in St. Charles , Iowa . His wife Flora received her GN degree in 1930 and worked in Iowa City for five years. The Muellers lived in La Harpe, Illinois . Mrs. Mueller enjoys handiwork, playing the organ, P.E.O. and the Methodist Church . The late Dr. Mueller and Mrs. Mueller have a daughter, Nancy who also graduated from the College of Nursing in 1959.
