Julie Novak, DNSc, RN, CPNP, FAANP, was recently named Vice Dean for Practice and Engagement at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio (UTHSCSA) School of Nursing. 

Dr. Novak (University of Iowa BSN ’72 and MA ’76) holds the Thelma and Joseph Crow Endowed Professorship and serves as the Executive Director of the UTHSCSA Student Health Center, the Employee Health and Wellness Clinic and the UT Nursing Clinical Enterprise.
