The Edna S. Antes and Margaret Stephen Schreckengast Scholarship Fund in Pediatric Nursing
A graduating senior with undergraduate nursing degree from the University of Iowa, who has designated child health as a clinical specialization focus for future graduate study. The recipient must enroll in such a program at the school of his/her choice within two years of receiving the BSN; be a U.S. Citizen, preferably an Iowa resident; have a meritorious undergraduate record. At the time of enrollment in graduate studies (Pediatric Nursing), the award will be transferred to the student's account.
Funds for this scholarship were provided by Joella Antes in memory of her mother, Edna S. Antes and grandmother, Margaret Stephen Schreckengast. Joella Antes was a long-time faculty member in the UI College of Nursing.
