Materials and applications for the anesthesia program are due June 1.
An upper-level statistics course needs to be completed within five (5) years of the application deadline. Acceptable University of Iowa courses are as follows: 22S:101 (STAT:3510), 07P:143 (PSQF:5143) 22S:102 (STAT:5543), or 171:161 (BIOS:5110). Equivalent courses from other colleges will be accepted as well. Please use the Transfer Courses section of ISIS to find equivalents (http://isis6.uiowa.edu/isis/courses/search.page)

TO GRADUATE ADMISSIONS:
Graduate Admissions Application must be submitted prior to the College of Nursing deadline (October 1) in order to be considered for admission. Admission to all DNP programs—except the Nurse Anesthetist DNP program—is offered only for the Fall Semester. The Nurse Anesthetist DNP program offers only Summer Session admission.. The application can be submitted electronically or a hard copy may be requested via the website.
